Our Mission

Our mission is to empower Seattle-area female founders to level up through community, support, and a commitment to growth. Together, we prioritize growth mindsets, accountability, and information-sharing. We believe that running a business surrounded by a like-minded community is not only easier but a heck of a lot more fun.

We encourage The CEO Society members to ask themselves not just "what can I get from this community?" but "what can I give?" While networking and building referrals are important aspects of our community, they are not the sole focus. We value members who are committed to contributing to the community in meaningful ways, whether it's through sharing knowledge, offering support, or simply being a positive presence.

Karina is the owner of True Adventure Collective. She is a Mental Performance Coach with a Masters degree in Performance Psychology. 

True Adventure Collective offers science-backed mental performance coaching programs, retreats, and workshops that help women entrepreneurs "calm the f*ck down" while still scaling their businesses. Through her signature Summit Mentality Program, 13-week productivity framework, and psychology-based sales training, Karina guides clients to predictable results without the burnout.

She's also available for speaking engagements, workshop facilitation, and private coaching for women looking to master their mindset, optimize their leadership, and develop unshakable confidence as CEOs!

Our monthly society meetings are on the third Friday of every month at 10 am. Our co-working sessions for members are virtual and are held on the first Friday of the month. Quarterly mixers are hosted in the evening. Head to our member calendar for details.

Our members are women who run businesses across a wide range of industries. We welcome female entrepreneurs from all areas of business. Most of our members are Seattle-based female entrepreneurs passionate about scaling their businesses. Our conversations will be most valuable to female founders committed to scaling their businesses and wanting accountability as they reach for BIG goals.
No, you are free to attend whichever events you choose. Your participation is entirely up to you, but you always get as much value out as you put in!
Yes! One of the perks of being a member is having the ability to invite a business bestie to each event for free. When you join the membership, you'll get access to a private code you can share with one fellow female founder at each monthly networking event. You can only invite one guest per event, and you can't invite the same guest twice.
