Karina is the owner of True Adventure Collective. She is an Executive Coach & Mental Performance Coach with a Masters degree in Performance Psychology. She is the host of CEO Society and has been bringing women together since the start of her company in 2021.

True Adventure Collective offers science-backed mental performance coaching programs, retreats, and workshops that help women entrepreneurs "calm the f*ck down" while still scaling their businesses. Through her signature performance psychology coaching, Karina guides clients to predictable results without the burnout.

We are hosting the event on Mercer Island at the Community Center: 
8236 SE 24th St, Mercer Island, WA 98040

We chose Mercer Island for the space! The event center has it's own parking lot and the cherry on top- its free 🥳 There is also access to Seattle public transportation to and from the city. 

The all day event is on September 25th, 2026. 
Check in will start at 8:45 and Introductions will start at 9:30am

If you purschased a VIP Ticket you will also have access to VIP Night on September 24th at 6pm. 
This is a smaller more intimate room for you to connect with women who want to deepen connection with other founders.


Depends on how much you want to get out of the conference! General Admission only gives you access to the day of events on September 25th. 
If you want to connect deeper the night prior to the event- grab the VIP ticket! It includes a ticket to a more intimate room of only 30 women. This allows you to have more personalized conversations before the event even starts! Plus a wine bar 😜

Most of our members are Seattle or Tacoma-based female entrepreneurs passionate about scaling their businesses. Our conversations will be most valuable to female founders committed to scaling their businesses and wanting accountability as they reach for BIG goals.
