Our quarterly evening soirées are designed for one thing: genuine connection. Unlike traditional networking events, these gatherings prioritize community, conversation, and relationship-building in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Come as you are, meet incredible women founders, and enjoy an evening where meaningful connections happen naturally.

Held on the second Friday of every month, our signature CEO Society meetings bring together ambitious women business owners for meaningful connection, strategic conversations, and actionable insights. Each gathering is designed to help you grow both personally and professionally while building relationships with entrepreneurs who understand the unique challenges of business ownership. You'll leave with new ideas, valuable connections, and the support of a community that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
Signature monthly networking
Once a month, members from every CEO Society chapter come together for virtual coworking, connecting more than 130 entrepreneurs across state lines. These sessions combine focused work time with intentional networking opportunities, creating space to make progress on your goals while expanding your network beyond your local market. It's a powerful way to stay accountable, gain fresh perspectives, and tap into the collective wisdom of our growing community.

Our Mission
Our mission is to empower Scottsdale-area female founders to level up through community, support, and a commitment to growth. Together, we prioritize growth mindsets, accountability, and information-sharing. We believe that running a business surrounded by a like-minded community is not only easier but a heck of a lot more fun.
CEO Society was born from a simple belief: entrepreneurship shouldn’t be a lonely journey. What started as a small gathering of ambitious women business owners looking for genuine connection, collaboration, and support has grown into a thriving community of more than 135 members across Washington. We created CEO Society because we saw too many founders building successful businesses while feeling isolated behind the scenes. Today, our community brings together driven entrepreneurs who are committed to growing their businesses, expanding their networks, and becoming better leaders alongside people who truly understand the realities of entrepreneurship. As our membership continues to grow, we’re excited to bring CEO Society to Scottsdale, Arizona—creating a space where local founders can build meaningful relationships, share resources, and find the kind of community that helps both businesses and people thrive.

We encourage The CEO Society members to ask themselves not just "what can I get from this community?" but "what can I give?" While networking and building referrals are important aspects of our community, they are not the sole focus. Meet the mastermind behind the community
Karina is the owner of True Adventure Collective. She is an Executive Coach & Mental Performance Coach with a Masters degree in Performance Psychology.
True Adventure Collective offers science-backed mental performance coaching programs, retreats, and workshops that help women entrepreneurs "calm the f*ck down" while still scaling their businesses. Ashley Whaley is the Co-Founder of Pod Shark Media, a full-service, done-for-you social media agency helping kind, ambitious founders show up online with consistency, confidence, and a strategy that actually works.
Through social media management, brand photography, and video content, Ashley helps business owners stop guessing and start growing. Year after year, she’s helped clients increase their income through social media, grow engaged audiences, and build sustainable businesses with content that converts—not just content that fills a feed.

- SCOTTSDALE CHAPTER: Our monthly meetings are on the second Friday of every month at 10am currently hosted in Scottsdale AZ.
- SEATTLE CHAPTER: Our monthly society meetings are on the third Friday of every month at 10 am currently hosted on Mercer Island, WA.
- TACOMA CHAPTER: Our monthly meetings are held on the third Thursday of every month at 10am in downtown Tacoma, WA.
- Our co-working sessions for ALL members are virtual and are held on the first Friday of the month.
